Reviews and Ratings
I had a lovely stay in the resort, surrounded by stunning mountain scenery, perfect for those who want to escape into nature. The chalets were comfortable and well-equipped for my family, with a cozy living area and beautiful decor. However, the more remote location meant there wasn't much within walking distance, and the service could use some improvement in responsiveness. Overall, it's a great choice if you're looking to unwind in the quiet of the mountains.
My experience at this resort was quite mixed. While the views were simply stunning and the proximity to Canmore was convenient for dining and shopping, the accommodations felt outdated and lacked proper maintenance. The staff were generally polite, but I did encounter a rude individual at the front desk, which dampened my stay. Overall, I may look for alternatives next time due to the issues I faced.
Overall, our stay at the resort was a mixed bag. The breathtaking views were definitely the highlight, and the rooms were clean. However, we faced some significant issues with the amenities, especially the laundry situation, and the service was less than stellar at times. While the quietness and privacy of the place are great for relaxation, the comfort of the beds left much to be desired, and some facilities need improvements.
We enjoyed our stay for the most part, with stunning views and a helpful staff, but were disappointed by the excessive fees and difficulty with the room's amenities. The icy parking lot was a challenge, and the lack of functioning laundry facilities was frustrating, especially for the price we paid.
I had a wonderful week-long stay in cabin 18, where the clean surroundings and updated kitchen made me feel right at home. The location was perfect for exploring the mountains and nearby attractions, but I did wish for some extras and better cooling options during the hot weather. Overall, it’s a lovely, tranquil retreat I would happily return to.
